We are producer of crimped flux-cored wires which are especially produced for welding and thermal spraying. Flux-cored wires consist of a metal strip which is bended to a pipe to enclose the powder filling. This special design allows the formulation of an extraordinary wide range of alloys on the base of iron, nickel, copper or aluminium.
We can produce the flux-cored wires in the diameters from 1,0mm to 4,0mm whereas the production of wires can be done in one working step for 2,0mm - 4,0mm. For diameters <2,0mm the wires need to be pulled to the required dimension. As delivery unit the customer can choose between barrel (until ~400kg), big spool (~250kg) and big or small spool (~25kg).
Before the delivery of every welding- and spraying wire specimen are produced and tested. This is done according to our quality management and offers every customer a certificate for its wire-order.
